Born to an English Father (Mitchell) and German Mother (Krause), Graeme Mitchell established Mitchell Krause Brewing as a progressive new beer company, brewing outstanding examples of the world’s finest beers.

Graeme has been fortunate enough to travel the World whilst working for larger beer companies and has experienced the huge variety of beer styles that the World has to offer. Mitchell Krause Brewing aims to introduce UK drinkers to these beer styles, locally brewed, to broaden the commonly held belief that beer choice is limited to either ‘a pint of English bitter’ or ‘fizzy European lager’.

In terms of brewing, a respect for traditional brewing craftsmanship is fused with an understanding of the latest techniques and methods to create a range of beers of exceptional taste and quality.
